Complaints

We pride ourselves in providing a caring and nurturing learning environment for our staff and pupils. Sometimes, we recognise that on rare occasions, school matters may require further discussion between parents/carers, pupils, teachers and senior leaders.

If you have a concern about an issue concerning a child at Woodlawn School then you should:
  • Arrange to discuss your concerns informally with your child's teacher or the headteacher. Our contact details can be found here
  • If you are not satisfied with step 1 please contact either the Headteacher or the Chair of Governors formally. You can do this in writing, addressed to school. Alternatively, you may choose use email, our address is here
  • If you are not satisfied that your concerns have been addressed then please request a copy of the school's complaints procedure and follow the guidelines provided. You can request the procedure by making contact us here.
